They Shall Mount Up With Wings As Eaglesby RianBotesComment: Mooi man Rian :) And I like the personal touch of those that sacrificed their lives. I doubt it will be appreciated on DPC however as they are stronger on the architectural detail in this challenge than on the emotional. |

12/52 - big yellow shirtby mitalapoComment: That's actually quite a good effect. Wonderful POV. The ambient light has actually been stopped dead by the hoodie and there's enough reflected light due the white surround to light up his face. The yellow isolated against the white is a natural selective desat but in a more pleasing and less flavour of the month way. Good one! |

leafyby daisydavidComment: Ha! Just read the previous comments to mine. Either the 85mm's lens coating is off or that lens has a really purple caste vs the 150mm? Sorry this may be a naive Q but is it possible to mount those lenses onto a modern (Mamiya) camera with Digital Sensor and test the WB? |

leafyby daisydavidComment: Subtle light falling through the Autumn leaves. Very pretty. Oddly this is not so tinted as the fern, perhaps that has something to do with daylight here vs shade on the fern? Seems it is very sensitive to light temperature? |

curlyby daisydavidComment: I love closed ferns and their intricate leaves as portrayed here. Whilst I really enjoy the portrayal of film and it's nuances and tints I'd not have used this film on this subject. Not saying you shouldn't do it or experiment, far from it, but I think the Reala is better suited to man made subjects than nature. Was it as blue/purple as this in 2006 or has it's colour caste accelerated with time? |
