The Beginning... of a Legendby ArtysteComment: I really hoped someone will take a chance on this tale. :-) Your photo is so nice, though I would mention a few issues. The kitty is a bit overexposed, I would have tried a softer, diffused lighting. And if only I could see her/his eyes! Maybe her/his attention on the sword would be more effective if the photo wasn't overexposed. |

The Lady with the Lanternby kiwinessComment: Somehow I feel like I have seen this Lady before. Is she Pia? :-))
The photo is full of emotions: I see fear and curiosity in her eyes. The costume is great, too, and the lighting is excellent! The lantern adds a soft glare on her face. My alltogether impact is that this could be a scene from a movie, just like the pause button pressed on my DVD player. Very well done, excellent job! |

Hoppily Ever After by scalvertComment: Hey, the best of all frog photos! :-) He has wonderful eyes and the crown fits him well. :-) The flower adds a nice element to your greens and has a beautiful shape, but I am not sure about the position. I can't explain why. Alltogether a great shot, and I love it. :-) |

Daddy! Get it off me!by CamazineComment: Uh, ugly kind of insect.......
I don't see the connection to any fairy tale, sorry. The use of the flash was distracting, too, especially on the glass but it didn't do much good to the skin tones, either. |

Little Red Riding Hoodby SonifoComment: Selective desaturation is a great technique to highlight parts of the photo. Here, though, I am not sure about it. The reds are so beautiful vivid, I am sure they would have worked well on a coloured photo. As all other colours were taken away, the dog's toundge and a bit of the girl's face remained redish. Anyway, composition is great, and I love the expression on her face! :-) |

Runaway Cinderellaby vasilkovayaComment: DOF is excellent, I love the castle-shaped background which adds much to your shot. Composition with the shoe is great, nice angle. :-) Good luck! |
