I say Art because he is/you are in the process of landing a food photography gig and this is a sneaky entry of a great food shot in a challenge that's mostly looking for a communal meal of sorts. I say "I hope" because this is some high-level professional food photography and I hope he/you gets/get the gig.

Either way, this is an excellent photo of food. Great lighting and use of background.
