I like the title a lot. I think the problem, if indeed there is one, is that it's a bit too static (no pun intended!). It's a tight crop, no environment, no context. I think for stand-alone shots like this to really wow voters, it needs a level of detail that just pops off the screen, and unfortunately, due to the blur of motion, this does not have that. Nice colors, nice idea, and, again, a really nice title, but I think a bit more context is needed for this to have a real impact. Just a poor man's opinion, of course.
