I would recomend getting closer and shooting up on the man as that would serve to add strength. I know you included the mirror for context, but it should be cropped closer to the head. It's more a candid shot than a portrait I know, but I think those improvements would help this and remove the clutter from around him as well (ie. the table at the right and the can on the table left.)

It's a little blue possibly due to wrong white balance. But perhaps it is your treatment of the photo which would mean you meant it to be this way.

Great composition as a portrait. The eyes are just a little soft, not quite sharp enough. You have only shown the eyes so they should be strikingly sharp.

This needs more, such as some action in the scene, a person peeping from behind the column or something to give it a pop of color. It is shot well and I like it however it is a little static.

Such a cute baby and a well composed shot. It is just too bright... The highlights are a little overexposed on the left side of her face. The shadow is exposed well though. Perhaps exosing for the light and using a reflector to brighten up the face would work well here.

The lighting is a little flat here, somewhat two dimensional.

Good topic, however the shot is a little too brightly exposed. That spot right in the center of the left page is white hot. It's tough to expose such extreme shadow and light well, but you did a fairly good job here.

I don't really like this scene as a still image. It is too negative and not something that I would like to promote in any way. A lady should really be treated with respect no matter how angry they can make you feel and this just makes me want to jump in there and disrupt this whole scene. The looks of the actors are just too real for me, but I suppose that is what you were going for. As far as the lighting goes, it is obviously good with the large window or open space above. Good black and white conversion.
