Great word... I use it almost every day!! To me, this object doesn't scream petulance! But that is neither her nor there. The photo has a great burst of color and I like the BG (Looks like a carpet) and the light captured.

Great job with the processing and lighting on the model. She needs to give up some excitement or some other emotion for you though. I am assuming the subject is in a marching band or she is wearing a uniform or costume that is relevant to the reason for the photo... otherwise I would lose the headband.

By the looks of this you used on camera flash or another type of flash unit. It just really flattens out the image, though you did get real good color out of it. Was this a night time shot??

Good concept. Very natural. The catch lights in the eyes are great. Only drawback is the photo is lacking luminosity. Otherwise excellent.

Great color and composition. I think in your processing you have smoothed out the textures a bit too much. Whether through de-noise or whatever process you used. It just doesn't look natural and it is over-processed in that respect. It might be over-sharpened because I can see some digital artifacts around the outlines of the petals, leaves and stem. (perhaps that is due to the processing on the sky.
