A Day's Workby mariucaComment: A good re-shoot of your work and an improvement at that. I like the angle better and the light is softer which looks good. The artwork looks like it is steaming!! |

Nailedby hernan43Comment: There's nothing really wrong with the picture's technicals... good light, good focus, nice range of tones. I think the subject matter is kind of bringing it down for me |

Falls with heronby rhoadesurfComment: Good capture of the Heron in a somewhat hostile environment sitting there peacefully. I think the reds are a bit too red in your tones. It has bled into the water. |

Hunting Dogby karenkComment: Very cute pose and good framing in picture. What's he hunting for?? I think it is a little shaky due to slight camera movement. Also the sepia toning is really lacking in the red/brown/orange tones. |

V8by Yo_SpiffComment: If the title is any clue, the engine is your focus and here, you have the focus being this hose leading to an out of focus engine. So, I would have used a smaller aperture and had all the image in focus. It still would have had the leading line. At any rate. the details on the focused part are nice and sharp and even though the sepia tone is nearer to black than brown, it still has that brownish/reddish hue, ever so slightly. |

backstage, waitingby bspurgeonComment: Good rhythm and lines made by using the row of feet. The emotion of the shot is definitely portrayed well especially with the toes pointed inward on one of the middle pairs of feet. I think the one thing that takes away from the shot is the open space on the bottom right. I don't know if you could have changed your angle or your focal length to fill the frame and still end up with a better shot though. |

1903 Humberetteby SteveJComment: I think this is a little soft in the image definition and could be suffering from hand held camera shake at slow shutter speed?? |

The Cowboy Wayby littlemavComment: What's the Cowboy way... hugging your woman? I think the title is a little misplaced on this one, but that is neither here nor there. You got a good sharp portrait that looks like it would be cherished wherever it is displayed. Good tones add the vintage feel. |

Sign tells allby whiterookComment: This image is really lacking in the brown to orange to red range of tone. It appears B&W to me. |
