Your shot makes this more about the light show than it does the metal building. It is so far away in the frame that the fact it is metal desn't even show up.

Good eye seeing the shape. It would be nicer if the shot were symmetrical. The cluttered BG takes away from the simplicity of the shape, but you did a nice job trying to minimze that with the shallow DoF.

Good eye on the composition using the diagonal line and placing the guts on the control stand in the third. It does lack color and contrast and much of the stand is in shadow due to the bright sky. A little pop of color in the stand would have been nice but was probably not possible. Perhaps a nice twilight sky to add some orange color could have helped...

Good line along the spine of the metal beast, but not much of interest shown. I would suggest getting closer and making it more abstract by eliminating the background. Depth of field doesn't really reveal a focal point either.
