I would like a thicker stream of cream. But aside from that the photo has great tones and a good amount of blur to make it more than just a product shot. Love the complimentary colors.

Nice even lighting, good color and a good reflection on a nice and solid background. I think you could have shot from a bit higher to get more of the color from the icing and sprinkles. As it is, you got good symmetry with the reflection but most of the shot consists of the cake part of the cup cake with is very neutral in color. Also watch your background. I can see the edge of your glass or mirror at the top left. I think you could have cloned that out in advanced!

Very interesting setup. I really like the background swirl but the red M&M does not go well withtge colors in the background at all. Plus the ring of green around it is very off putting. I am assuming it is a picture under glass with a thin layer of water which the M&M is sitting in... One more thing to remember is the tiny details. Your M is sideways.

The subject really needs to be looking at the camera. A little wider aperture could have helped separate the subject from the background. I think you got good color and a good composition for the shot.
