Going to the Chapelby DanaSComment: I find the cropping you chose awkward. Specifically because the corner of one of the openings in the tower touches the frame. My sense, and its just my opinion, is that a little more, or a little less cropping at that point would be more interesting. But I like the detail you captures in the brickwork and the cross. |

Robladilloby sersalComment: I love the slightly abstract feel that the foreground textures add. I imagine the centered placement of the tree is deliberate on your part, and it is striking, especially in the context of all that negative space above, but in this case to my eyes the lighter colored triangular area on the left competes for attention, and less of that area might have prevented that. Still getting an 8 from me. |
