Congratulations on a truly "engaging" image. The different planes really make this a stand out.

On quite a different note, I keep coming back to look at it, and each time can't quite shake the feeling that I am looking at a stage set. There seems to be something about the form and texture, and perhaps the lighting, that causes this and I find it quite fascinating that it happens so consistently. Just thought I would share this reaction!

I'm trying to imagine doing a "paint with light" for a minimal editing shot and trying to figure out the length of exposure and time to spend "painting" each part. That's pretty impressive.
