cool idea, but the dragonfly doesn't seem to be quite sharp. did you slightly sharpen your shot after you resized it? i think that would help here. i like that you have distortion both in the dragon fly wings and the suction cup. -- gr8photos (5)

your photo is very pixelated. i'm not sure whether that was an intent and you saved your file that small for that purpose, or not. if not, there are some tutorials on this site that help you save the files so that your photos aren't so pixelated. it may also have something to do with the amount of photoshopping to distort the colors, i'm not sure. photo meets the challenge but doesn't do much for me, sorry. guess us germans just don't have a sense of humor ;) (gr8photos - 3)

cracked glass picture

this shot definitely fulfills the challenge being of colored glass. however, i'm wondering if it would have more impact if it was sharper and less grainy (is that a camera thing that you can't do anything about, or because you didn't save at maximum file size?) the lighting is also a little uneven, very bright in the bottom right, and dark in bottom left and top right. -- gr8photos (3)

whatever you used that's transparent, it's so transparent that i don't get it. as for the photo itself, i like how you have framed it around the edges, but there isn't a single object in the middle that holds my focus, since they are all similar size. nothing jumps out i guess. -- gr8photos (2)

i guess i don't quite get the connection between different versions of the bible and cling film ... why did you combine the two? from a technical aspect, the photo is fine, although the lighting could be a little more even, it's too light on the left and too dark on the right. -- gr8photos (4)

if you photographed this through a transparent object, it isn't obvious to me from this photo (no distortion, or play with colors). the water in this case is not transparent ... i'm trying to figure out how this fits into the challenge, and it isn't coming to me.
apart from that, the photo is a little dark, the horizon isn't quite level, and i would prefer the placement of the bird to be less centered. just my opinion. (gr8photos - 2)
