A very beautiful abstract photo. But without knowing what is in motion it's hard to see that the motion is stopped, so it doesn't meet the challenge very well.

Great composition. The model is well positioned with a good pose and the background adds context without being distracting. It would be a wonderful photo if his face was in focus and his motion was stopped.
