Pubs - The Sail and Anchor - Februaryby dougi555Comment: I love the setting, but the shadows seem to make it too busy. Actually, it might be the combination of the shadows and the tree/leaves. Perhaps try a closer crop, getting rid of the tree and staying with the tables, door & shadows. I think it would look cleaner. |

Januaryby drewhosickComment: Wonderful scene. I'm curious what it would look like cropped in a little more, especially since you're cutting off the top of the front right tree anyway, it seems that the extra sky and trees don't add that much and the broken building is so interesting. |

I'd be tempted to take down the highlights in the water a tad more. Also, if this was a set shot, I'd move the boat down farther in the frame to balance all the dark trees. (if you just happened on the shot, good capture!) |
