Apprehensionby ibkcComment: Ok -- the officer cuffing has really creep eyes! Man, look at that guys arm! Two guns down? The dirt on the door. I want to know the story behind this one. Seems like a lot to stage, but having the gun so near the guy's hand seems bizarre. A lot to discover here. |

freakby RKTComment: The balloon almost detracts in this one. Usually I love abandoned balloons, but the rest is very interesting with nice lines. I'm almost a tad irritated that the balloon is breaking my site line. |

Slippery Slopeby sfaliceComment: Ok. I keep thinking this one is going to be boring. But it's fun to follow the lines and curves, and it does make me curious. It intrigues me more than I wanted it to. :) |

broken engagementby mefnjComment: Seems like the story is a little too complete on this one. The shadow is wonderful, but it doesn't leave me wondering. It seems like I already know it all. |

Noahby odriewComment: Didn't think much of this on first glance. But it grew on me. I've been liking the cutoff portions on other photos. For some reason, I wish his feet weren't cut off on this one. It may be a sense of balance that I feel I'm missing. Unbalanced photos are quite nice, but this one seems to need it. That being said, it did grow on me quite a bit, and I like your title. |

The Importance of Being Frankby PennyStreetComment: Hehe -- love the title. Like the dog. Like the fact that she's starting to go out of the frame. I think that makes the shot, actually. I'm not exactly sure why. It leaves the story open and unfinished -- which works. |

you first by LevTComment: Love this. 9 and a fav. The shadows have almost nothing to do with the photo, they're surreal and other worldly. Makes me feel like aliens are invading. And the person is so interesting to begin with. The wall is perfect. Wonderful shot! |

I must get up from my seat to throw my rubbish awayby MAKComment: Not sure of the title. But the picture interests me. Which surprises me. I do like bench shots. But this one goes beyond. Probably because it the receptacle looks so much like a urn they have for flowers next to graves in cemeteries. This, with the emptiness of the shot, makes it feel kind of lonely. |

Girlhood, Glamour, and Ghostsby CuttoothComment: Again -- another one with a story. Stories are important in a good photograph, imo. Perhaps this one hits me on a female level. It really draws me in. But then again, I do like dress up. :) |

Sunday's Bestby instepsComment: This is the type of photo that I find interesting. I like that there's a story here, and you're just not sure what the story is. Her reaction intrigues and has you guessing. |
