What really impressed me about this is that I didn't immediately recognize it as SF. I think the "anonymity" adds to its quality as "art" as compared to "documentary photo" -- not that there's anything wrong with that ...

Nice tip about using a long exposure but covering the lens during the burst -- I will try that next time.

Looks kind of like an old oil lamp with a big glass globe. I almost did my last batch in portrait orientation -- I think this one looks much better that way than it would on its side.

If you distorted this into a more spherical shape it would look a lot like one of those satellite shots of the Earth with clouds.

I think I like this the best of this series ... the combination of the distorted abstracts with the "natural" image is really interesting!

This series reminds me of broken pieces of pottery or glass from an archeological dig. :-)
