Pretty colors and curves.

Thank you for striking a blow for art derived from photos ... I don't use filters much, but I love to play around with color shifts to create abstracts from otherwise mundane pictures.

Often when I do something like this, I'll also post a link to the original source image, just so people have a reference point, and perhaps wonder how I got from that to this ... ;-)

Very pretty, though I think I would have cloned-out the few overhanging leaves near the top of the waterfall; those lower down don't bother me the same way.

Black and white is good -- I like to give pictures like this a slight bluish cast/tint (especially in the white areas) to make it look colder.
