In this particular composition I think the flag introduces a visually jarring element out of character with the rest of the photo. I really like the small bit of the second roof and the lighting and detail on the clouds is great.
Since the "standard" flag display is the other way 'round, maybe you should try flopping the photo and see how it looks.
