Airborn Rescueby frumoazniculComment: Includes several composition elements which make this better than straight photojournalism; I like the repeating circles (rear prop, logo, exhaust), straight lines (stripes, prop blades) and slanting lines (stablizer and red jacket). Reminiscent of the opening scenes from M*A*S*H. |

Novemberby stupidcatComment: Excellent capture -- a lot of expressiveness without too much "action" and just the right amount of tonal difference between fore- and background figures. Actually, it's probably one of the most flattering pictures I've seen this election season.
The clever crop to keep just the "W" is an bonus. |
