It's certainly excellent exercise! It looks like it was pretty sunny ... I'd maybe try to brighten it up a little and/or add a little more contrast.

I'm spending too much time trying to read the tablature ... it would help if I could see the notes under the watch which I suppose indicate the time values for the indicated fingerings. I guess spending too much time on it makes it an effective photo ...

I think the clock on the upper left is a little too far out to be thrown over her head, and it probably could be eliminated without lessening the impact any. Still an excellent concept and setup overall.
