How sad. Nice capture, nice capture of her tears reflecting the ambient light. Good composition. Choice to go B&W is perfect, helps keep the focus on her emotion. Color would have detracted from the emotion. This is well done.
(Hope her tears were just veeery temporary.) I'll give this a 9, it speaks to the viewer...

Funny, I gave it a five second look focusing on the pearl necklace and missed the high lighted part initially; then my brain kicked in to go back and have a second longer look. I now see the detail... higher score :)
I have to say the lighting is keen on what you are conveying.
