Life Long Friendsby Mark1966Comment: Nice idea, but the image doesn't work for the viewer because the viewer isn't able to see the faces. I think the faces would show the connection between the two people. As is, we see the back if the dark haired lady and the gray haired lady is obscured. A front angle of the two on the bench would have been better. IMO |

Friends Sharing a Sunsetby benficaComment: Nice shot of the couple in a "romantic" setting. I think the image would have be stronger if the composition had more of the area below the couple. As it is, the composition of the couple is awkwardly too close the the bottom of the frame. IMHO |

Mommy's Best Friendby ZellerStudioComment: I like it for the subject. The lighting is nice. "Best Friend" is nice and crisply focused. Nice capture of Mom's smile, it shows she is loving being a mom. I even like it that Mom is out of focus, just wish that mom's entire head was in the shot and not cut off. With that said, if the original has mom's entire head, maybe try a square crop/framing with mom's entire head. I think that would be a great shot. IMHO |

Best Friends in Marriageby brad177Comment: This looks like a snap shot. I think it would have been better to compose the shot, have both bride and groom in focus, and have the face of the bride in the shot. The lighting is nice, not harsh, very neutral. The DOF is good, having the background blurred. It's a good subject for the challenge. Just my honest critique. |

... if looks could killby PennyStreetComment: Artistic wise, great capture of their expressions. Technical side, the gal's head on the right seems a bit out of focus, while the lower left seems to be more in focus. Just a bit of noise too. Nice image for the challenge though. |

reow!by keriboiComment: It's a bit soft, I think if the cat was focused it would have improved the pic. However, I do like it. To me, the cat seems to have an expression of "F@#), that guy's huge!" I like how the cat is standing his/her ground. |

Enemiesby gauravComment: Like the concept, but they look a little static ;) (I think some artificial turf would have added to the image haha) |
