You don't see that every day, at least not in the lower 48. Has to be Alaska or Canada. My only critique would be not crop so tight to give the picture greater context (building in the background and such). I know it's obviously a highway with the asphalt and lane dividers... but then again, if this is a "common" sight on a desolate highway, then the tight crop does portray the illusion that it's very unusual. Anyways, nice pic.
