Hi Deb, the image itself is composed well. I wouldn't think it was a 4.3 score; in the DPC world, low to mid 5 on a FS? Anyways, it's a solemn image, thanks for sharing the details and story behind it.

Nicely captured lines on all sides. Like the off center perspective; nice rule of thirds for the vanishing point. Great call to go B&W to focus on the lines subject matter. In the DPC world, the critical viewers may knock you on the overexposure on the openings between the columns and possibly lack of details in the darker areas. Overall, I like this image for the challenge. Good luck on the scoring.
