Lonely Coyoteby zymaraComment: Pretty crisp image. I like the "layers" of distinct foreground, middle ground, and background, and then the sky. However you processed this, I like the colors and tones. The coyote really puts into context the expanse of this wilderness, if that make sense. |

E v e n t i d eby hihosilverComment: Must be inside a rock out cropping...? I like the silhouetted framing. Great colors. Nice relaxing image to look at after a hard week at work. |

Kassimby citymarsComment: I like the photo for the patterns created by the merchandise and shelves. I like how the clerk (Kassim) is in the middle of it all. As I'm wandering and exploring the pic, made me laugh to read the sign "hookahs not bazoukas." :) A nice "my corner of the world" kinda pic. |

DSC_7019.jpgby trnqltyComment: Like it. Second what smardaz said. Like the color of her dress and the yellows of the lights. Like the reds in the pic. Great model/great pose. Nice. Even the thumbnail stands out. |

Prince of Persiaby brumer0Comment: The image is well done. The colors are rich; focus is great; HDR? The composition is balanced, nice symmetry. Well presented image, 7. With that said, I just don't find a "compelling story" behind the photo. Maybe if this was taken say five years ago, I would have said wow. But the subject of a soldier on Saddam's throne seems over done. It seems every soldier/contractor who's been deployed has the obligatory pic on the throne and there are hundreds of pics of someone on the throne (albeit not well done as this image). I guess the casual pose doesn't give me a sense of a "compelling story." Just this viewer's opinion... |
