I like this stylized processing (B&W/high key). I think the composition works well in placing the girl in a third of the frame but including the entire road and puddle showing the expanse of the puddle. I like the inclusion of the hand/arm of the father that conveys the watchful eye of the parent but not having him in the frame which may have taken away from the child. I like the capture of the concentration of the girl on her next step. Wonderful story telling image. Deserves a 10.

This steer has a unique feature with its horn. IMO, I think a tight crop on its head would have made a stronger image. Good luck with the voting.

I like the over-processed B&W treatment. Like the shot in the sun effect too. I'm not quite sure what your "essence" is (wanderer? philosopher?), but it's still a real cool pic with the textures, ripples, foot prints.
