Only critique is what spiritualspatula said about the cable. I think the picture would be even more effective if you had cropped just above the cable. I like the framing of the worker in the bucket in the low portion of the frame and the vastness of the concrete around/above him. Makes his task/work appear daunting.

Not a lot of "orange" tones, maybe just very subtle. However, I love the "solemness" you've captured in this image. I like the moodiness in your use of lighting. The shadows convey that solemn feel you're going for. I'm trying to do images like this also; one thought that came to mind was to get her eye that is exposed in sharp focus in lieu of the hat band, where it seems to have the most focus. I also like the tight crop/framing and that she is looking off and seemingly far away. Really like this pic.
