Very peaceful colors here, but I wonder what this photo is all about. No skating because of the water? No skating because it is a busy sidewalk?

Very peaceful scene and your composition is very nice. The sun is a little to bright for my taste, it detracts from the peacefulness of the scene (yes I know you were shooting into the sun so there is probably little you could have done to make this better, its just a comment).

I think I would like to see this as a panning shot. With stop action the viewer gets no feeling of movement. It then become a photo of a car and nothing more.

Ah, fishing, the greatest of pass times. The sky is stunning, but if I had not paused for more than a few seconds to really look at this photo I might have missed it. This is an image that really needs a longer look and I am glad I took the time to do it. Very subtle, and very nicely done.
