There are some elements that look a little mystical in this scene. I don't know if they are intentional or not but I like em and it matches what the song is about. If I am thinking correctly about the song I believe from blood, sweat, and tears. "Wheel in the sky keeps on turnin"

Good composition but I wouldn't see that this tower is forgotten. It's something that is still in use these days and this one actually looks really good for it's age. Seems like it's not forgotten at all but rather maintained regularly. Gotta go with a 5 for this one. I do however love the effect's the stars have on the photo.
