Moving Houseby ineedauniquenameComment: This isn't motion panning. Panning is when the camera is moving with a MOVING object, not a stationary one. The idea is to have the moving object in focus, but everything AROUND it to be blurred. Anyway, even if you met the challenge for me, I'm still not a fan of the shot. Sorry :( |

fallen womanby cutoutComment: I don't see any motion panning -- something is supposed to be in focus, and I see nothing distinguishable. I don't even like it as an abstract. Sorry, not a fan. |

Motion on the Z Axisby pixelpigComment: This isn't really motion panning... It's just moving the camera around to produce pretty lights. Motion panning is when your camera is following a moving object, so the moving object looks clear and in focus, but the rest of the picture, the part that is NOT moving, looks blurred. |

PS2by hoseinpourhasanComment: For me this doesn't meet the challenge because motion panning isn't just moving the camera, it's moving the camera WITH a moving object, so that the moving object is in focus and the background, non-moving objects, are blurred. |

Spunby jdannelsComment: Interesting effect. I like how you created the illusion of movement but still was able to keep the tree in focus. Brilliant interpretation of "motion panning". You thought outside the box and the unique point of view paid off. Well done! My only negative comment is the sun spot is a bit distracting. |

Blueby MotekComment: When I first looked at this shot I wasn't a fan, but it's growing on me. |

Lotus Eliseby MiepComment: I like the effect of the trees in this, but wish the focal point was a bit larger or took up more of the photo frame. Maybe if the car had driven closer to you it would be better for me. |

Very fast Purple Martinby rrdjservComment: Good example of the technique of motion panning. Too bad the weather wasn't co-operative with an interesting looking sky :( |
