Heineken beer glassesby mshonakComment: Had you googled "how to photograph glass" you would've found a solution that would make this shot look more professional. I don't like the way you have shot this. Sorry. |

Olympus Glassby HornOUBetComment: There's more blue on the right than the left and at the top, which messes up the composition for me. Also when shooting lenses like that lighting is crucial. I'm not a 100% sure, but I think the family of angle is something you should look into. Basically it sais that when you have your camera like now, the light should be symmetrically placed to the camera on the opposite side, kinda. Kinda like a crocodile mouth. Anyway, that would make the lens look more like a product shot. I also think all the text should be sharp. |

Before Texting..by Ken950Comment: I would have worked more with high lights and shadows here, two curves layers, one in screen blending mode and one in multiply, then invert the masks and brush out high lights in screen and shadows in multiply. 10% opacity brush is usually good. And also darkened the background, and maybe used a subtle vignette. But that's what I would've done. Nice shot though! 8 |

Standing Aloneby BenstedComment: I think the black and white would look good with a bit more punch in it, but I like this very much. 9 |

Arum Lilliesby jomariComment: I think the colours are a little bit off. The lillies should all be white, but some of them are green because of the color reflections I guess. In advanced editing that can easily be fixed with black and white and curves. Open a b/w adjustment layer, invert the mask and brush out the green leaves so they get grey. That doesn't look nice, but if you select that mask, open a curves layer and brighten it you will suddenly have white lilies. What I do afterwards is to group the two layers and reduce the groups opacity. 7 |

Country Creek IMG_4761.JPGCby dtremainComment: The water is nice, but everything else is to bright. Had the orange been darker the colors would be better, and that goes for the sky to. 6 |
