Very sharp photo, but a bit dark (snow may have affected the light adjustment). Challenge met. I'm not sure, but you might have a water droplet on the lens (look past the bridge, just before the brush). Interest is on the low side and the far background doesn't help. 5 Swash

Contrasts seem good, focus must be pretty sharp, too, but if I'm not mistaken, the structure of the bridge has compression effects (seems jaggy and less than sharp). The boat on the river seems really sharp (justification to say the focus is good). Contrast seems about right. (joke - half score for half a bridge).

Sepia use for this shot seems to me to be extremely appropriate. Focus doesn't seem very strong (could be due to the "fog"?) I have to question your bridge, it seems more like a pier to me (showing me the far end of this "bridge" would convince me better). (Take more time spelling your titles, please) 6 Swash

Interesting coloration, but I don't like appearance as a whole. The wires and darker part of the foreground bridge are really great, but the almost white parts don't seem as attractive. On the other hand, the bridge in the background really seemed to take the coloration well! Score upgrade from 6 to 7. Swash

Hmmm, me thinks I scored this one too quickly.....It has grown on me considerably. I really like the old buildings in the far background. Use of sepia seems very appropriate here. (Wish the sky was just a bit more dramatic, but that's not fair to score against) Score upgrade from 6 to 9 (really blew this one!! Sorry) Swash

Really good focus on the subject bridge. Railing seems too new for sepia, though the rock piling seems to fit it. I have to ask: why such a (I am assuming) small portion of the bridge? 6 Swash

Ohhh, I really like the foreground very much! As the picture goes into the distance, it's attraction lowers. The bridge is very dark and lacks detail (it looks like it could be a really cool bridge!). 6 Swash

Josh, I think "photos of opportunity" should be given a little extra credit. It's not as if you could tell the bee to go back and pose again, right? It's nearly perfect, a wonderful picture to be proud of!
