| 11/18/2002 03:41:00 PM | dpc on DPCby athenaComment: Hi Athena Giles! I liked your photo for last week. This is very well done, but.....a few suggestions. First, log off to retain your anonomous status (your name in the corner, on the other hand, this does demo very good clarity!!!) Next, square up just a tad to the monitor (but very good to not show refresh lines!!!) Finally, this is questionable judgement on my part, but I would call this somebody else's art (the site admins to be specific) and I tend to grade harder for this w/o more personal touches (things that are added to make somebody else's art more your own version). All that said, your score will be a 7 from me. Swash (So it was an owl's foot, eh?) |

| 11/20/2002 03:13:00 PM | radome by FrooberComment: One heck of a nice photo! The clouds are great!!! And the deep blue sky, perfect! The only reason I'm not going for a 10 here is the bottom, I feel it could have used more cropping. Oh yes, the trees, very cool, I would have liked to have seen more of them. 9 Swash (perhaps a landscape view instead of portrait?) | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 11/20/2002 04:22:00 PM | the device that changed our livesby rynoescoComment: General lack of focus (were you going for soft focus, if so, why?) Also, not my idea of B&W subject matter. 5 Swash Joke - could you have at least got some good action on the screen? |
| 11/20/2002 03:20:00 PM | Two approaches on wind technologyby morterinComment: I really like the two elements of this photo, very nice. The extreme grey/brown coloration might hurt your overall score a bit, but I look at the degree of difficulty, too, hense the good score! 9 Swash | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 11/20/2002 04:06:00 PM | My buddy "BUDDY" (the beagleby rogerspaulComment: I'll bet you're getting alot of "where's the technology" comments! Very brave to submit this, is it a mechanical dog? While it's a very good photo, the challenge aspect merits the most points, for me. 3 Swash |
