Taken slightly to the left of the 'Night Reflections' image by another photographer... I'll assume a school project or something similar and try to score this image on its merits.

I think the day / night dichotomy is the primary interest in this image and as such I don't think you pull that off as well as the other image which captures that more interestingly. Otherwise I think the foreground composition is actually a little more interesting.
