Wow, excellent choice of colour for your second tone. Great clarity. I'm not sure whether it is a consequence of post-processing or just some lighter background blur but the lighter areas under the leaves look a little halo-ish - I think I might have been tempted to blend that area into the background a little more (though as the the photographer if I knew it was something in the background I'd probably leave it).

This is really interesting and I like that I can see red and yellow hues - I am embracing all interpretations of 'duotone' here and this is a nice example of one interpretation. (I do wonder about the choice of keeping the 'off-image' white dots top right though.)

Wow - I nearly put a macro in for the FS this month, but found something I liked better (it is now on my front page); it wouldn't have compared very well to this fantastic image. I'd love to know your setup here.
