Bed of flowersby pitsamanComment: Hmmm, I wouldn't consider an azalea bush to be all that comfortable :)
Lovely lighting and nice colors. Her hair over her throat and in shadow kind of creates the illusion of a disembodied head, and her positioning does make this feel very unnatural to me- as if she's sitting next to the bush and leaning way back into it. The arm position also feels awkward to me. I might have tried several different positions to see if one yielded a more pleasing and enjoyable looking result. |

Troubled Heartby ebertdjComment: Looks perhaps like a shot taken during a play or performance of some sort. I think the harsh lighting works given the subject matter and mood. The red and black dress makes this eye popping. |

Thoughts of Godby Man_Called_HorseComment: The colors and pose make it look like something out of a cyberpunk movie. I'd be interested to see the results with the light source positioned in different places, the effects might be even more dramatic. Ineresting shot for sure. |

In the grooveby rhipsterComment: Great composition and I love the mood created by all the redness. I wish we could see more detail, particularly in his face, but I know that's difficult to accomplish when shooting directly into the light. |

The Oracleby arngrimurComment: Cool. I like the understated tones and the "Poltergeist-y" look on her face. The hands look enormous, but that's likely an effect created by the silhouetting and by the distance to the camera. Nice work. |

Soothingby shutterphunkComment: While a pleasant scene, the model doesn't exactly look relaxed! It appears there's some tension in the face, perhaps from holding a pose? Nice setup. |

To the darkness and backby nicklevyComment: I like the idea very much - I wish the white space was whiter and there was a bit less black space. The straight black line under the subject's left eye is a little odd, but I erally like the hint of nostril visible on that side. Nicely done, would be excellent in my opinion with a little fine tuning. |

Cricket at Sunsetby elsapoComment: Wow! Those colors are astounding! I love this. The *only* thing I can suggest is I would have preferred if the entire cricket was in focus! 9 |

Tipsy Coloursby ramaduraiComment: Great colors, but the super bright backlighting, noisy shadows and softness of the image make if feel a bit amateurish. These same four subjects could make a very sharp looking studio shot. |
