Lot's of impact in this simple yet very effective image. The message is powerful and fits the challenge theme extremely well.I like the style of the letters too and the way they stand out against the gray if the wall. Rusty,bent,twisted and entwined remains of once useful articles and objects including cars, corrugated iron,empty drums tires and an odd assortment of other unidentified objects join together to form a masterly image of great beauty with a deep message and at the same time fits in extremely well with the challenge theme. I especially like that one can still see a small part of nature in the background as evidenced by the trees and the way it forms a contrast with the rest of the image. Almost as if to say..."look! this is nature, fresh and sustainable and full of life and fresh beginnings" and the rusty, bent twisted and entwined remains of once useful articles and objects including cars, corrugated iron,empty drums tires and an odd assortment of other unidentified objects just lie there, silent and dead and of no more use.

Hard disk ends tragically - what secrets did it hide?

Fantastic shot. I especially like the axe and the way it has cleaved so cleanly into the hard disc. The feeling of mystery and suspense is heightened by the suggestion in the title that there are maybe dark secrets being hidden here. Very well executed and creatively presented without going over the top with none of the gore and blood that is so often associated with cases like this.
