Not a big improvement over the original brown version.
Overall image a bit out of focus and lacking a little in detail. As if you ran the eliminate noise feature a bit too heavy handedly. No detail in the hair. Does have nice smooth texture though. The black space takes up too much room and the image does not "speak" to me. 5

Cant find the original brown you were supposed to have based this on. No challenge was ever called "Continental Divide" and no entry ever had that title either according to the search results here on DP Challenge.
The image cracks me up though. Excellent dof. 5

Good image of an eye. Maybe a slightly tighter crop would have been helpful. The eyeball seems just a little dull...a bit of sparkle would have been nice.
