Diamondback Terrapin After Laying Eggsby scottiehamComment: Wow, very harsh lighting. Bad time of day to try and get a nice shot. See how flat it looks? The texture is so evenly lit that you can't see any texture. The harsh shadow doesn't add anything either.

Granny's Dresser Setby JuliBocComment: I guess I don't get the point of this shot. It just looks like an assortment of items that don't really go together well in the frame or tell any kind of story. Sorry if I'm just slow today...

Boys will be Boysby RKTComment: Nice shot here. Normally I say when shooting kids you should get down closer to their level with your camera. I actually like the fact that you stayed up high for this one. Nice tonality too.

Best Budsby Shan2112Comment: Nice composition. You're a little overexposed though.

No Rap for This Playerby griz210Comment: This is incredibly well done. Love the fact that you have just enough detail. Your lighting is impeccible. Great how the lines lead your eye from shot top left down to bottom right. Kudos

Kate and Larry Smithby birkinComment: Fit's the challenge. Nicely exposed. Great how you have a black background and still kept all the detail of the pants and coat and hat. I have to say that it's kinda boring though.

Sereneby SoulMan1978Comment: Nice. Looks like a peacefull scene. I think that the placement of the bench looks a little funny though. It's not quite centered and kinda low in the frame...

Through The Archers Eyeby SaswaaComment: This would be a great shot to practice HDR and tone mapping with. That would help you to bring out more detail in the brick and bring back some of the blown out detail of the outside. I think that with HDR you could leave this in color effectivly but your b/w treatment works too.
