Weary Little Touristby SandyPComment: The girls expression is priceless! Great lighting which can be a bear to get right in a candid shot when you may not have much time to play with settings. Something looks awekward though and I'm not really sure what it is. Perhaps the ladies hand in the bottom right corner? Perhaps the fact that the mom(?) has no head? Can't really put my thumb on it...

Lunch Break at the Corner Tavernby dipaulkComment: Nicely done! Love the framing of the shot. Your leading line (spelled cue stick) points nicely out of the frame to an area you know is where the pocket is. Good shot.

In The Pink!by autoolComment: It's a candid all right. Not terribly interesting though. If the child was walking into the frame it might help. Also, I'm confused by what the selective desat is supposed to add to the shot. It does draw attention to the subject which is walking away from the camera into an area you can't see because the umbrella blocks the background...

Fairground Rideby BobsterLobsterComment: Most people at the fair appear to be having fun. These folks look like they'd rather be some where else. Not sure what you're trying to convey with this image.

"No Where"by ace flymanComment: This would be damn near perfect if the person was looking in this general direction!

Last Surferby DiscraftComment: Without the surfer, you have just another typical sunset over water shot. With him you have a much more potent shot. Great job. Tells a part of a story.

Hnaging out...by GordonComment: Too bad your exposure is a touch off. Brighten up the guys and this would be an awesome candid action shot!

A Quiet Momentby mariomelComment: This is absolutely gorgeous. Love the slightly soft focus effect and the dof is spot on. Looks like it's posed but I'll give you the benefit of a doubt on it... Kudos
