I like your pictures - everything looks shiny, clean, inviting - I would consider renting or buying and contact the broker if this is the purpose of the pics.
What I don't like about htis bathromm picture is the device (sorry I don't know the english word) with the rubber and handle beside the toilet. T'd put it away before taking the shot
