Very cool idea. If the mirror were parallel to the vertical slats of wood rather than the base (horizontal) wood, I think it would blend in even better. I don't really care for the angle of the pic, but perhaps it was necessary in order to achieve that trick with the mirror? The glare that lands in the black space at the top is distracting, hard to get rid of in basic though.

This feels like you ran around your apartment five minutes before the deadline, found a mirror, and took a snapshot. Doesn't feel thought-out at all. Framing is awkward.
