Favourite choice on the Carouselby xsnrgComment: Without the title, it's hard to see how the picture fits the theme by itself. However, it's an excellent concept and an adorable model! Might be better if the busy background was more blurry (shorter DOF) to help concentrate the viewer's focus on the child and the horse. And the picture is slightly crooked, so it needs to be rotated a bit to the left. Nice shooting! |

Large, Small or Both?by shutterbudComment: Love this one, it's cute! The dog's head being tilted a bit (ears not evenly lined up) may be somewhat distracting, but not too bad at all. Am wondering how you got the dog to stay so still for this shot! ;-) Excellent composition and lighting. Great picture, fits the theme purr-fectly! |

Old Faithfulby nikon_girlComment: Background is a bit splotchy/noisy - it's not a painting or anything is it? In any case, might be better if the DOF wasn't too narrow, but that's just my opinion. The point is, the dog is recognizable and the image fits the theme wonderfully. Love the dog's posture. Way to go! |

Waiting for the mist to raise.by ladpupmoeComment: Wow. Are the sun rays for real? Gorgeous! Very spiritual feeling. I wish the fire hydrant (left) and the sign/phone lines (right) weren't there, but obviously those couldn't be helped. I think the overall image might need slightly more yellow but even so, I like the picture as is. Kudos! |

I Hate Change - Upsby robshookphotoComment: Picture too small and blurry. However, nice freeze-action! I like the feel of anticipation as the batter gets ready to hit the ball. Definitely fits the theme. |

Tired of Waitingby 37vaComment: The picture's too tilted (needs to be rotated slightly to the right) and the restroom's sign is askewed too. But I love the young models' acting (I'm assuming this was arranged), wish I can see the white-shirted model's face. Good idea in making this black and white. The picture gave me a chuckle when I saw it. Way to go! |

Don't Keep a Lady Waitingby traserComment: The female subject's watch is placed somewhat awkwardly (not exactly on her wrist), and she's pointing to the back of her hand instead of the watch. The male subject's left hand shouldn't be cropped off, in my opinion. However, great acting by both subjects and the picture fits the theme very well! |

On the glacierby garlicComment: Very nice! I like the wash out effect, it brings attention to the subject yet retains the sky and mountain scenery. I like how the subject isn't placed in the center. The strings above the subject's head is a bit distracting, but that's the only gripe from me. Excellent image! |

lighting snakeby PlachyComment: I like this a lot, especially the idea of making it diagnoal. Seeing the light snake come to an end is somewhat distracting for me, so maybe try positioning it so that only the middle of the snake is shown? Also, softening the image would give it a nice ethereal look, I think. Just my opinion. Wonderful subject! |

Faces of Lightby bongoComment: While the picture is already awesome, I think it would look even better if the yellow was a bit more yellower (saturated), and the black area on the left and right sides are cropped out. Superb shooting! Would love to know how this was done. |
