Freindsby mbrutus2009Comment: Thomas leaned over and whispered to his brother, "hey, Carl, how do you spell friends?"
Carl just shook his head and continued to gaze off into the sky. Little brothers can be so annoying. |

The birth of a green Messiah.by PrashComment: As baby Billy nursed with his mother, she sighed. She was hoping this wouldn't happen, but it had. How was she going to explain the color of his skin to his father? If only that weekend in Mexico hadn't happened! |

~ fairytale ~by AlexSaberiComment: Little did Lil' Davey realize that he was being led, not to the Happy Fun Party that the other boys told him he was going, but to be sacrificed as part of an ancient and most evil ritual.
It was only when the eyes of Danny and Bobby started to glow, that Davey started to panic. |

Oostvardersdijkby h2Comment: When Erik the Diminutive set out to conquer the world, he should have taken into consideration the size of the world, and his boat.
Not to mention that whole "army" business. |

A Hard Dahlia's Workby StrikeslipComment: Arnold knew he'd hit the jackpot on this one. He was only worried that he'd never get the loot home. "Don't go out that far!" they'd said, "You'll never make it!" They'd said.
Arnold landed and began to gather his well-earned stash, and when he returned home later that night, long after most had given up on him, he became a legend. |

Early morning over the Orchardby AlainComment: The post-dawn sun shone over the trees that day, and a few lonely reminders of humanity's presence remained among the clouds. It was only minutes since it all finally ended, and the dawn of that day would not dawn on humanity anymore.
It was nature's turn now. |

Sunrise over the Instituteby danielvComment: As the missile launched from the building's silo, desguised to look like a domed tower over a place of learning, the despot laughed. They never saw it coming, and now the world would be his!
Moments later he was informed that due to an unfortunate miscalculation, the missile had struck his cat, Mr. Mittens. |

Potionby PGerstComment: With his patented evil laugh, Dr. Demented poured in the finishing concoction, and stirred the final solution.
"The world shall finally be mine!" He screamed delightedly as he waited for the volatile mixtures to stabilize, and stabilize they did. A little too well, for they simply settled into non-chaotic trio of liquids. There was no bubbling, no foaming, no morassing.
What had he done wrong? Turning to Page 13 of "Chemistry for the Young Chemist", he poured over the instructions.
It was then that he noticed that he'd grabbed Yellow No. 3 instead of Boric Acid.
Dr. Demented didn't earn his name for nothing. |
