The grass is always greener...by OichComment: A really nice shot of a giraffe but cannot see how it meets the challenge, probably would have voted this down to a 4 for DNMC

Light Beer?by fldaveComment: Quite a nice take on the challenge, the only downside is that harsh shadow right behind the bottle / splash, had you moved the subject away from the backdrop you could have eliminated this considerably.

Who's the fairest of them all?by rmezzoComment: This is a really nice portrait that fits the challenge well, I love the play between the blues and greens in the shot although the green may be a little too dominant maybe a little softer would have been nice.
Lovely focus on the eyes.

Oh Crapby danculwellComment: A nice black solid background would have really made this stand out I think, as it is the wood is distracting and makes the harsh shadows stand out.

Swingerby HipychikComment: Another rotated image?
To me this has no meaning to fit the challenge, the lady is purely standing with her hands above her head and the image flipped / rotated - would have been a 2 - 4 DNMC sorry :(

Troubleshootingby karmatComment: Looks like the top of the image has completely blown highlights which has not really been hidden by the B&W conversion, the light looks a little harsh on the lads arms and hair.
What intrigues me though is that his hair almost makes him look upside down and the pose also kind of suggests this.

river bankby yianisnComment: Dramatic image, with a nice reflection (rather a lot of those in this challenge though unfortunately), I like the composition and the row of small windows at the top balances the image nicely IMO the only distraction is that skyscraper behind, but other than raising that to the ground I don't think you could have done much about it :)

Goofing Aroundby CraftyComment: Pretty model, lovely smile.
Nice B&W conversion which infact adds to this image IMO, my only gripe is that the eyes are closed and had they been open I think this would have been an even more wonderful moment to capture.

Alpha Omegaby MonicaJamesComment: Too many purely flipped / rotated images in this challenge IMO, and whilst the writing at the top of this one adds some interest it is far too small an object in the overall picture to really give a Wow factor, infact my first impression was "Not another straight rotate!" :(

Never give upby soonComment: The problem I see is that this could just as easily be a rotated image rather than the catapiller being upside down, the colours are quite nice but could maybe do with a little more saturation, I would also like to see a bit more light on the leaf that the catapiller is on, focus is good and DOF is nice too.
