This would be a much nicer image if there was some detail in the lower part of the image... all the trees there are showing up black... i know it's out of your control, but without that black area the image would be much nicer

I love how you described all the solutions you came up with for every possible problem, (especially tilting the bottle for the bubbles and removing the back label! Awesome ideas!!!) , i'm going to try to re-do this shot for fun using your instructions, i think it will be really fun!
