Well, I'm truly surprised how low this ranked, I really expected it to come in much higher. The only reason I can think of is that it's very similar to your Indoor Macro II entry but it's a good shot despite that and there are often near-identical outtakes from other challenges in the free study that do well; a strange result indeed!

What a cute moment, such gorgeous animals. Lovely clear capture. I don't think it needed the white borders, just personally. Black borders might have helped the black on their fur to pop. Great shot overall, best of luck with it.
