Definitely would've liked to have DoF through the entire shot here. There's not any single object that we should pay more attention to, so having depth through the whole thing would let us further revel in the variety of coins you've got here. As a setup shot, this shouldn't pose a problem to accomplish, either, since your subject isn't moving.

Great title, great scene. You know I love scenes like this, landscapes shot in this frame of mind, but the layering of the ridges works great here. The processing just is icing on the cake.

Huh, I never knew these were apt to wash up on the beach. Interesting angle to capture the thing.

Hard to get a sense of scale here, I know they do get pretty large.
