Spring Foliage In Sydneyby Covert_OddityComment: There appears to be some lensflare that doesn't help the composition here. The coloration and contrast of the foliage looks a bit flat as well. Adding more pop would've made the foliage fit more with the color and definition of the sky/buildings. |

Through My Attic Windowby tvsometimeComment: I really like how the subtle distortions of the window have made this look very painting like. In some areas it is almost as though it's an impressionistic painting, but others it is sharp and photo-like. Nice job. |

Encroaching upon Architectureby david_cComment: Interesting building, and I like the ominous sky. It makes this building look all the more menacing. I would've preferred it be centered, since the minimal offset seems almost incidental. I suspect you have a power substatoin to the right that may have prevented this though... |

Late Afternoonby dsniderComment: The colors are almost a bit to vibrant here. The trees to the right are clipping pretty badly unfortunately. It's unfortunate, because I really like the lines of the bridge and the perspective here. |

Autumn Along the Snake Riverby CJinCAComment: I'm going to assume that your colors are more subdued because of when this challenge was announced and that the fall colors were well past prime where you took this. I live south in Colorado, and know things were well past for me. Still, a good shot. The front and center treebranch in the foreground and the plants in the lower right detract somewhat though. |

BMW 2002by TomComment: Very nice complement of colors with the auto. Also, that car is a kick in the ass to drive! |

Ouachita Morning Reflectionsby robm001Comment: Though perhaps not a traditional approach in landscape photography, tilting the frame has moments where it adds greatly to the scene, adding interest to the composition. In this shot, though, I'm not too sure I see what it adds. Having the long parallel lines of the trees and then tilting them adds a rather unharmonious air to things... contradicting the tranquility. |
