Mallardby SteveJComment: Seems like a sorta strange place for a duck to go sit, but I like it. Much more interesting than a duck just sitting upon the water. |

Cold afternoonby GemGemComment: Good find with the icicle. Maybe crop out the top left bit, and think about a lower ISO- there's some grain here (or, alternatively, convert to BW and accentuate it, which would work well with the whole "Cold Afternoon" thing). |

Waiting in Lineby kleskiComment: Nice "glowing" feeling to this, but there seems to be little direction given to things. |

Primordialby jbsmithanaComment: Very cool area to photograph, and I'm curious to see where this was taken after the challenge. Maybe bring up the brightness in the rock in the bottom right and the forest top left, but that's it. The colors on this are really nice. |

St. Louis Cathedralby SEGComment: This one is so close to being centered that I would've just completely centered it, especially since you've got very good symmetry going on. Sky is a bit drab, but then, controlling the weather isn't exactly a simple premise. |

Periparus ater - Coal Titby SaraRComment: Cute pose with the leg stretched way up high like that. I think I would've preferred the shot stopped down a bit so that all the moss was focused. |

B l e s s i n g sby bnileshComment: Great shot. I especially like how you've got points of interest at every level of the photo- The background is obviously a focal point with its beautiful color and streaming sun rays, but the trees frame things nicely and the people all staring off into the sunset are neat too. I like that you have kept them from becoming silhouettes, as well. |

Winter Breezeby LVicariComment: Not so often that you see high fashion type shots entered here. You've really nailed that genre- your shot is steeped in fantasy, which is backed up by not only the pose, but the makeup and composition as well. Great shot. |
